French company SKINIZI sells iPods skins made of vinyl and with cool colourful designs.
Contributing artists get a royalty on each sale and the site provides a short bio of each artist.
They deliver outside of Europe too.

Wow. I have seen some of the plainer skins, but those are really far out there. Very nice.
