Are animated gifs popular again ?
Do you remember those ugly animated gifs that only your web illiterate colleague still insists on posting on the corporate intranet?
They used to populate our cheap html pages back in the nineties. Now they’re back on myspace and the likes…
But some of them are really cool :

Animated GIF live on quite furiously at http://www.ytmnd.com. It’s not always work safe, but if you know about pop culture from 1985 and forward, it’s usually a good source of daily laughs.
For example, the Blue Ball Machine (the first GIF listed here) is feature at this URL: http://blueballfixed.ytmnd.com/
Then people will make all kinds of parodies of it: http://ytmnd.com/search?q=blue+ball+machine&o=|0|all|SV|D|0|

Hmm, apparently WordPress doesn’t like the pipe in URLs. Alternate URL: http://ytmnd.com/search?q=blue+ball+machine
