(actually a copy of the first page by Tim Berners Lee, hosted by the CERN).

I like the “how  can I help” section :

There are lots of ways you can help if you are interested in seeing the web grow and be even more useful…Put up some data.

If you know something of what’s going on in a particular field, organization or country, would you like to keep up-to-date an overview of online data?

Well I am not gonna send you an email, Tim, because you probably won’t get it, and you may now have a RSS feed with your name in Google blogsearch, but I ‘d like to tell you it’s a great little invention you have here and a very handy way to spread information.
