Music for the masses?
I just dowloaded Radiohead’s “In Rainbows” for 3,45 Pounds. That’s 4.94 euros, which is exactly 50% less of what I’d have paid on iTunes.
I don’t know if this makes me generous, or a stingy bastard…
Funny I realize I have copied 2 or 3 albums of Radiohead, including Pablo Honey, I have on a tape from when I was a twenty-something…
But this is different. I like the approach : you pay what you want. I don’t want the box. I want the music on my iPod. I am OK to pay for it, even better if I can set my own price.
I like the idea of direct electronic exchanges… the ultimate commoditization..
Oh by the way, it’s a good album. Go get it.
