The future of Automobile ?
Introducing the Eclectic : a self generating energy vehicle from Venturi.
Renewable energies, solar or wind : Eclectic energy-autonomous vehicle.
Eclectic, the first autonomous vehicle in the history of the automobile, opens up a new era in the field of mobility : reserved for daily driving in urban areas, its low energy consumption makes it the most economical environmental vehicle ever built.Innovative and astonishing, Eclectic is much more than a simple vehicle ;
it is a production and storage plant for renewable energies, either solar or wind based. Charging of these energies, which is intermittent in certain regions, can also be complemented by electrical recharging.
Specs :

Any vehicle that is to be energy self sufficient will also have to run as efficiently as possible. I have long been intrigued by the concept of vehicles going the same route driving bumper to bumper as a means of drafting to minimize drag due to air resistance.
Anything like that possible here?

That’s not particularly aerodynamic

I don’t think it goes fast enough for that to be an issue

It’s so ugly it’ll never be mass produced.

“It’s so ugly it’ll never be mass produced.”
Ugliness never stopped the Hummer making it into production.
What will stop the Eclectic is the inability of drivers to get over regarding ‘cars’ as anything other than some form of nebulous ’statement’, usually about their wealth, status, self-image or, let’s face it, penis size.
