You can’t click on your own ads, unless you want to get banned by Google.

But some links are definitely not what you want to promote, and some are just MFA (Made For Ads) sites : they pay one cents for each click and every link on their page is a high value adword with not added value content…

So what do you do when you want to filter the ads that appear on your site ? You need to preview the links.

Here is a great little online tool by Amit Agarwal that can help you do just this : Google Adsense Sandbox Preview Tool.

Just enter your Url and you will visualize what ads will be shown to your visitors ( even by country of origin), including Text, Image and Video, and all formats : Leaderboard, Skyscraper, Rectangle and Square formats..
