Microsoft in Arabic : everything on the left?

A few days ago, I noticed that the background image on Windows Vista Arabic version was inversed.
Now check out Microsoft (Microsoft page for Middle East countries). Notice something ? The vertical scrollbar and the search button are … on the left.
Actually everything is reversed. Weird, no ? Only in IE of course.
